Content creation is new to the wedding industry and Georgia from Memco did an amazing job at our wedding. If you want to relive the day straight away, and I’m sure you will - YOU NEED TO GET A CONTENT CREATOR!
When my friend suggested Memco for my wedding at stones, I wasn’t sure what it entails. Georgia took over 1000 photos and videos and have them sent to us within 24 hours. My husband and I were shock at how quickly we receive these and we were literally sobbing when we watch the reel Memco created.
What I love most about a content creator is also the fact that it takes pressure off the guests and bridal party because they are basically a dedicated person to take IPhone content, they blend in with the guests so seamlessly you wouldn’t even noticed. They capture the moments where your friends and families would have with their phone. Think of them as a friend that has their iPhone with them 24/7!!

I honestly can’t recommend Georgia enough. From the moment she arrived on my wedding day (November 2025), she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She didn’t just show up to “do a job” but truly became part of the day.
I never had to ask her for anything, she just did the thing. She carried my dress, helped guide me with poses, fixed my hair when wind blew it, hyped me up with compliments and just had the most calming, supportive presence. Having her alongside the rest of the team felt so natural & she blended in perfectly while still capturing everything so beautifully.
Her work speaks for itself on social media, however she has such a talent for turning special moments into the most perfect little snippets that you can relive over and over. I truly wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Georgia, because I cannot recommend her enough. Choosing her as my content creator for both my henna night (07/12/2025) and my wedding day (12/12/2025) was honestly one of the best decisions I made. From the very beginning, she was incredible. I was extremely nervous leading up to both events, constantly messaging and calling her because of how anxious I felt, and she never once made me feel like I was too much. Instead, she reassured me, comforted me, and genuinely supported me every step of the way.

Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Memco Event Content to capture your special day! These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) outline the agreement between Memco Event Content (ABN 45 520 360 940) and the client ("you") for our service (content creator). By booking our service, you acknowledge you've read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
Deposits & Payments
Booking Confirmation: We require a 30% non-refundable booking fee within Seven days of receiving our invoice. This secures your date and content creator.
Full Payment: The full invoice amount must be paid via electronic bank transfer or another agreed method 30 days before the event. We reserve the right to cancel if full payment is not received.
Cancellations & Changes
72-Hour "Cooling Off" Period: You have 72 hours after booking to receive a full refund if you change your mind.
Deposit & Cancellation Fees: Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations after 72 hours.
Cancellations: More than 30 days before scheduled event - Full invoice amount.
Less than 30 days before scheduled event - Deposit invoice amount only.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability:
More than 30 days before - Booking fee held as credit, 20% postponement fee applies.
Less than 30 days before - Full invoice held, 30% postponement fee applies.
Content Creator: If a Memco Content Creator can't perform due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll find a similar replacement. If the replacement is cheaper, you'll receive a partial refund for the difference. If no suitable replacement is found, you'll receive a full refund.
Event Duration
Agreed-upon service times are final after deposit processing.
Requests to shorten the duration won't reduce the fee.
Extensions beyond the agreed time require our content creator's availability and incur additional charges. Confirmed extensions require full payment of the additional invoice.
The number of photos and videos delivered will very by the agreed upon event duration. We will capture a comprehensive range of raw images and footage for your special day.
Our Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice amount you paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from non-performance or any other T&C breach.
Collaboration with Vendors
To ensure a smooth event, we may need to communicate directly with your musicians, photographers, videographers & suppliers.
Content Delivery
Lead Time: All agreed-upon content captured on the day will be delivered within 72 hours of the event date.
Social Media Content: You'll receive a customised social media edit set to music, as per your chosen package. We reserve the right to post the content that was taken on the day on all social media platforms owned by Memco Event Content.
Artistic Style & Editing
You acknowledge our creative discretion regarding services (posing, lighting, editing). You've familiarised yourself with our portfolio and understand our artistic style. We reserve the right to make creative choices within this agreement.
You agree not to reject social media content based on style or composition. You hire us for our expertise and allow us to edit the film & photos as deemed appropriate, consistent with our past work.
Specific shots can't be guaranteed due to the live nature of the event, but we'll make all efforts to try and capture the requested shots.
We curate the final footage and reserve the right to choose ideal images and video shots for delivery.
Photography & Videography Service
Memco Event Content is committed to delivering high-quality photography & videography that captures the essence and emotion of your special day using our iPhone within the agreed upon period.
Additional Notes
We may need to adjust prices due to unforeseen circumstances or client requests (parking, induction fees, additional time requirements).We have a zero-tolerance policy for violent, aggressive, or abusive behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate the event if we feel our staff or equipment are at risk. No refund will be provided in such cases.You agree to hold us harmless for any harm caused to our employees or equipment by anyone at the event venue.Memco Event Content will retain all content captured from your event for a period of 12 months (one year) from the date of the event. After this period, all content will be permanently deleted from our storage system. During the retention period, you may request access to your content; however, it is your responsibility to ensure you have saved the content delivered to you within 48 hour delivery window.We collect and use your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (and its amendments) for specific purposes like engaging solicitors or debt collectors.
